the beach access was great with very clean white sand. the food quality was high, especially with the half board option which allows dinner at several restaurants. the hotel has waterslides and a kids pool making it family-friendly.
i wasnt informed of any building work before i booked. the towels specifically orange dont fit the sun loungers well. there isnt a place for children after 10pm for drinks.

the buffets offered lots of choice and very good quality! service was consistently friendly. the beach area is beautiful with clean sand. it provides plenty of space and cabanas to relax. the pool area felt safe. there were many lifeguards. it was worth it! we would happily return.
The hotel is pricier, though the value aligned with expectations. we experienced an issue during check-in. I was not fully informed about the resort's amenities or layout, which led to some initial confusion! better communication on arrival would enhance the experience.

The hotel boasts direct access to a private beach. it provides a serene atmosphere with clear waters and soft sands. Guests can easily walk from their rooms to the shoreline in minutes. The distance is minimal.

Our guest room included a king-sized bed with comfortable linens, i appreciated the well-stocked mini-fridge that had both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Climate control features are modern. there was a private balcony that offered a view of the gardens.

The hotel features a large outdoor pool with dedicated kids' sections. I saw that they have three restaurants that provide various dining options from italian to middle eastern. There is a tennis court available for guest use, though i didn't use it.

inconvenient accesspoor service
i was expecting more. the toddler pool didn't have any food service nearby, so getting drinks for the kids was a hassle. also, switching between the toddler pool and lazy river was a pain. there were doors and a cold ac cave. a smooth entrance would have been much better.
